This year I have been appointed Artistic Director of the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra.

Every year we audition young jazz musicians to fill out 3 large ensembles. We perform and rehearse regularly to educate the musicians and audiences in large ensemble jazz music.

The 3 bands are;

SWING BAND - Directed by Roger Garrood

BIG BAND - Directed by Marty Pervan

COMPOSERS ENSEMBLE - Directed by Mace Francis
